Finally my first #bonneville salt flats visit and the first thing to see is a #Vincent engine in a Viscount out there shaking it up! 10 of these were made in 1960 but weren’t successful due to cost and inability to get donor motors. Races were cancelled today but will resume in the morning…stoked to see my first race tomorrow! #bonneville2014 #bubspeedtrials #saltflats #nakedspeed #caferacersofinstagram #bikesofinstagram #viscountmotorcycle (at Bonneville Speedway)
You don’t see many Ariel pre war single cylinders sitting around. The old bike shop (that’s the name) has some killer cycles they’re working on. They totally helped us out yesterday while filming here in #Calgary. #oldbikeshop #motorcycle #motopioneer #bikesofinstagram #ariel #british #thumper
We have a cool new project with OTC Tools that is finally getting mocked up! TreMoto supplied the parts for this leaning Triumph Speed Triple and we are mating the two together.
Less parts on the car….more parts ready to go out!! This part of the build is always exciting! Picking finishes, welding, last minute ordering, stressing about deadlines and prepping for Sema it gets intense.
I stumbled on this old shot from Vicki Smith from our build with DesmoPro a couple years back. Lots of similarities between this motor and the Vincent I have today!
My poor old Shogun has been sitting with funky carbs for way too long. Great to get the old girl out! Amazing Japanese graphics by graffiti artist, Mr. Totem and engraving was masterfully chiseled by engraver, Tay Herrera.
Fuller Moto is proud to have partnered with Red Bull to build the trophies again this year for Moto GP at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. With the help of sculptor Ben Rock, we cast each trophy out of aluminum after rapid prototype.
@andrewthomaslee did some great photography today with an old school Polaroid type camera. Vintage bikes and cameras together again!
Sage, an antique collector has his 1948 Norton International back after many years of sitting. Shockingly he actually rode it in Argentina when he bought it! A lifetime ago as he says. We rebuilt every bolt on this bike but kept the patina original. I believe this bike has had a special life and will continue to ride on!
Doubledown package surround area is taking shape. Brake and clutch assemblies are being fabbed while the chassis gets welded together.
