Check out this bad boy V4 destined for the soon to be released Motus Motorcycle! 180 HP stock!! Basically the design is 1/2 of a Pratt Miller Corvette LS motor! Direct Injection and Made in the USA! A little tweeking and this little baby can do some serious power! If you’re in the Atlanta area come to Drive Invasion this Saturday at Turner Field we’ll bring it over!
Beautiful day for a ride in Calgary on a vintage Triumph! We are filming for the new Show on Velocity. Thanks to the Old Motorcycle Shop for loaning me this great ride!
location: Calgary, Alberta
Sunrise from Bonneville Salt Flats. Good morning indeed!
Finally my first Bonneville Salt Flats visit and the first thing to see is a Vincent engine in a Viscount out there shaking it up! 10 of these were made in 1960 but weren’t successful due to cost and inability to get donor motors. Races were cancelled today but will resume in the morning…stoked to see my first race tomorrow!
You don’t see many Ariel pre war single cylinders sitting around. The Old Bike Shop (that’s the name) has some killer cycles they’re working on. They totally helped us out yesterday while filming here in Calgary.
We have a cool new project with OTC Tools that is finally getting mocked up! TreMoto supplied the parts for this leaning Triumph Speed Triple and we are mating the two together.
Less parts on the car….more parts ready to go out!! This part of the build is always exciting! Picking finishes, welding, last minute ordering, stressing about deadlines and prepping for Sema it gets intense.
I stumbled on this old shot from Vicki Smith from our build with DesmoPro a couple years back. Lots of similarities between this motor and the Vincent I have today!
